Shoshana advises rate-regulated and member-owned utilities, public entities, and nonprofits on matters ranging from general counsel services, utility acquisitions, administrative policy proceedings, power cost updates, and general rate cases. Shoshana's experience also includes advising nonprofit and public sector clients in legislative analysis and drafting, local workforce development policies, and community benefit negotiations.

Previously, Shoshana was Of Counsel for the Law Office of Julian Gross and for Renne Public Law Group, LLP in San Francisco, an associate attorney with McDowell Rackner Gibson PC in Portland, a judicial clerk for Justice Charles K. Wiggins of the Washington State Supreme Court, and an associate attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in San Francisco.
